Lucia Molina - SHPE-DC President
Lucia Molina is a Senior Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton on the Technology Team. She obtained a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and M.E. in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia. She has been involved with SHPE since 2003 and has served terms in almost every executive board position. Lucy loves to run, dance salsa, and read novels.

Jose Fernandez - SHPE-DC Vice President
Jose Fernandez is a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He obtained his Computer and Electical Engineering degree from Rutgers University. He has been involved with SHPE since 2008 and has served terms as Secretary and President of the Rutgers SHPE chapter in New Jersey. Jose has a strong interest in Information Security and Cryptography and his work is currently focused around Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)

Ruby Ramirez is a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. She attended Rensselear Polythecnic Institute(RPI) where she graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Electrical Engineering. She has been an active member of SHPE since Fall 2006 and at RPI she was the 31st NSBE/SHPE career fair chair.

Wilfredo Torres - SHPE-DC Communications/Marketing Chair
Wilfredo is a Consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He obtained his Computer Engineering degree from University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez. He is currently undergoing his Masters in Computer Science at George Washington University. Wilfredo has been an active member of SHPE since July 2010 as part of the DC professional chapter. During the past year, he has been active with the SHPE DC Professional Chapter educating youths about the opportunities in STEM fields.

Oskar Moran - SHPE-DC Community Service Chair
Oskar Moran is a Consultant with LMI. He obtained his Electrical Engineering degree from George Mason University and is currently finishing his Masters in Electrical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. Oskar has worked in the Aerospace industry for four years and currently provides program management support for NASA.Oskar has been an active member of SHPE since Fall of 2005 as part of the GMU student chapter. While at GMU he held the roles of Webmaster and External Vice-President.
